She currently serves as Co-Owner of The Lax SkillHaus in Parker, Colorado, a premier indoor training facility dedicated exclusively to female athlete development, where she works hands-on with goalkeepers and field players to elevate technical skill, confidence, and competitive IQ.
Most recently, Britt spent six seasons as an Assistant Coach at the University of Denver, helping develop goalkeepers and elevate one of the nation’s premier programs before concluding her tenure in Fall 2025. Her coaching lens is rooted in composure under pressure, defensive command, and championship standards — traits
that defined her playing career.
Collegiately, Britt began her career at the University of Louisville, where she made 42 appearances and helped lead the Cardinals to three NCAA Tournament appearances. She was named the 2017 ACC Player of the Year and left Louisville holding career records in save percentage (.516), total saves (323), and wins, in addition to single-season program marks in saves and save percentage.
She later transferred to the University of Oregon, where she served as team captain her senior season, started all 18 games in goal, set the school’s single-season saves record (179), and led the Pac-12 in saves per game, further solidifying her status as one of the premier goalkeepers in the country.
Professionally, Britt competed for three seasons in Athletes Unlimited Lacrosse, earning back-to-back top-five finishes and serving multiple times as a team captain. Across her professional career, she ranked among league leaders in saves, minutes played, and save percentage, consistently anchoring her teams from the cage.
Internationally, Britt represents the England Women's National Lacrosse Team. At the 2022 World Lacrosse Women’s World Championship, she earned All-World Team honors while leading England to a Bronze Medal finish. She will again represent England at the 2026 World Championships in Tokyo, Japan, continuing her impact on the global stage.
She currently competes professionally with the Boston Guard in the Women’s Lacrosse League and will participate in the 2026 Championship Series this spring.
Across collegiate, professional, and international competition, Britt’s impact is defined by leadership from the cage, durability, and a relentless commitment to raising the standard of the women’s game.
